I can see NJ from my yard. Work in NJ, live just across the river in PA. Any move means there is a risk for damage. Just make sure you have a good team

Welcome! Providing you are happy to move your tank when you move I don't see an issue. But beware than moving a tank once its setup can be a real pain. Good luck and looking forward to seeing pictures.
