Hello, my name is Bobby. Thought I would take the time to say "Hi all" and officially introduce myself since I have been posting and lurking on R2R for the last few days. I haven't been on a forum as busy as this one since the early 00's. I have been keeping reef tanks for 15 years and making a living at it for the last 10. Still a nube and I try to learn something new everyday. Macna this year, will be my 4th one to attend and I'm excited that I don't have to fly to it. Currently I claim three saltwater tanks as my own, possibly a forth one I had to recently commandeer from a co worker. Kids these days :tsk:.

So I'm sure you'll see me around the forum here and there, on facebook here https://www.facebook.com/bobby.melton.50 or, maybe at Macna next weekend.

Gabriel, what kind of mantis do you have? I'm going to add one to my 45 lagoon tank when one becomes available to me.

I kept 2 peacocks but never had one live over 6 months. I've had this one almost 3 years.

The generic name peacock usually refers to O. Scyllarus species. They come from deeper waters in Indonesia. Mine is a smaller species common as hitchhikers in live rock from Florida.
