Hello from NY

I actually found this forum by accident and I thought I would pop in.
I started my reef in 1971 and it is still running. It uses a RUGF, and an algae trough. The skimmer, lights, and algae trough are home made. The tank has appeared in a few aquarium magazines.
I collected most of the rock years ago when it was legal and I built the rest.
