Hey everyone, finally joined instead of lurking in the background lol. Relatively new to saltwater tanks, so I'm sure I will be asking a lot of questions so I apologize in advance. Currently I have a 50 gallon cube running. 50lbs live rock, 40lbs CaribSea Fiji pink sand, 3 ocellaris clowns (2 frostbites, 1 black&white), 3 Kenya trees, Frogspawn (5 heads), Red&Blue acan lord, 2 small Xenia (just added to the tank, not sure if they're going to make it or not), small mushroom, 2 decent sized colonies of star polyps and 1 small piece of extreme green star polyps (added to the tank today), small frag of Radioactive dragon eyes and eagle eyes with a green paly, 1 emerald crab (I had three but I can't seem to keep them alive), and last but not least my clean up crew (20 blue leg hermit crabs, 20 nassarius snails, 25 nerite snails) and a clan of some type of starfish (small, white). And a little about me. I'm a nightshift diesel mechanic, father of two. I live in south western Ohio, 30 minutes from Cincinnati. Glad to be a part of the group!

Welcome!! I asked alot of questions! If your tank is somewhat new it's kinda hard to keep your emerald crabs alive, wait a while and let your tank become more established. They are filter feeders
