And welcome to R2R!

Thank you ! The stand was a lot more work than I originally thought. But it came out like a legitimate piece of furniature. Less complaints from the wife ;DeadWelcome to R2R. Nice job on thst stand. Tank looks sweet.
welcome love the branch rock.Hello everyone! I’ve been viewing forums for a year and finally decided to sign up and show you guys what I’ve been working on!
Started reefing after last Christmas with a 32 biocube![]()
Went crazy with it and didn’t know what I was really doing. Had moderate luck with a mainly lps reef. Upgraded to a kessil 360we. I was not very into parameters when I first started, way over dosing 2 part for 6 months straight, super saturated my rocks with alk and was stuck at 12 for about 3 months with no dosing.
My ways have changed. Super stable conditions are my goal now. Also decided I needed more space to grow out coral. The biocube wasn’t fitting my vision, haha. So I got a oceanic 90 that I cleaned and totally hooked up the stand with sanding and Latex primer followed by high quality oil based paint then let it gas out for days. It really came out nice .![]()
I recent just added an additional gyre 230 and the aquatic life hybrid with blue plus and actinic plus t5’s and 360we’s. Last month I started a fuge with a h80 and some chaeto.![]()
It’s been running for about 4 months now.![]()

The Biocube 32 is now my qt tank. Currently I’m QTing a wild pink milli and selagoacro.
Well I’m glad to be on here , maybe I’ll get more good suggestions or advice on how to keep it all thriving !![]()
