Hello, from the midwest

Hi,

My name is Garrett, and I am a reef addict. Okay, the first step is the hardest.. Glad I got that out of the way.. :tongue:

Anyway, I am new-ish here. I have been keeping FW for years, but took the plunge into SW almost exactly a year ago. I have been mostly active over at Nano-Reef (there are quite a few here from NR).

I am from midwestern Illinois, and the hobby is growing in our area, but not very fast.

This seems to be a friendly and helpful forum, also love the strange smileys... Anyway, just thought I'd say hi!

Thanks! It's not as dim as it looks.. lol.. anyway, this is just a stater tank to see if I could handle sw and it has changed a lot since I started.. once I get a house of my own I plan to start something much larger..

Great tank! Looks very similar to mine in aquascaping....sort of :smile:
Love how active those blue leg hermits are. Can't wait till mine matures more so I can add a few more pretties like all of yours.
