Retro Reefer
Slow and steady wins the race!
Hello everyone, old school reefer here just getting back into the hobby after a 20 year break.. I had a very successful 55 gallon reef running from 1985 until 1997 but life got in the way with job, new home, kids etc.. so reluctantly I had to disassembled my system.. During that time I was fortunate enough to be in the midst of some very dedicated and knowledgeable reefers here in the DMV, I was one of the first in line when the actinic 03's where available from John B. and I still remember swapping stories and information with Julian at a local club meeting when we where just in our 20's, I knew that he would contribute greatly to the hobby in the years to come 
So now that I'm retired and the kids are grown I'm ready to take the plunge and very excited to get back in the hobby, just waiting for Santa to bring my Biocube 14!
