Hi! My name is Jessica. I recently purchased a 90g tank and am just getting into the hobby after weeks of research. My tank and all its goodies are being installed by the LFS next weekend. This is everything I purchased from the LFS: 90g tank w/ overflow, Cabinet, Cap, Canopy, Wet/dry sump aqueon model 3, Pond mag drive 950, Tubing, Heater, aqueon 250 watt pro sub., Live sand, aragonite 80lbs, Reef octopus 5†in sump protein skimmer, LED MRL reef 48â€-60†super bright, Hydrometer crl deep six, Powerhead(2) hydro #1050 GPH KORALIA, 160g instant ocean salt, Seachem prime, Super buffer, Water changer, aqueon 25ft, 50lb live rock( 25 premium, 25 base), Test kit, Background, Thermometer.
And I bought some more items from Drs Foster and Smith: mag float, nets, and an acclimate pro.
I plan on doing a FOWLR community tank with these specimens-Orange Stripe Prawn Goby, Blue Dot Jawfish, Ocellaris Clownfish, Red Head Solon Fiary Wrasse, Purple Dottyback, Marine Better (Comet), Coral Beauty Angelfish, Citrinis Clown Goby, Dwarf Colored Feather duster, Sexy Anenome Shrimp, Lettuce Sea slugs (and possibly other sea slugs/nudibranches), Maxima Clam, Pistol Shrimp, Purple Short Spine Urchin and a Bulb Anenome. I may work on adding some more kinds of fish since there should be plenty of room.
I also ordered a 4' set of the Instant Reef to have in the tank.
And I have a 15g quarantine/isolation tank that still needs to be cleaned and outfitted with equipment. But we are not putting in fish for about 1.5-2 months after installation next weekend.
I really look forward to beginning this hobby, and being on this forum. Thanks so much guys.
