This is how the return pump looks like

Add this to it:
If output auto_feed on then off

Now go to your skimmer and add this:

If output pump_2_4 off then off
Defer 005:00 then on

This will always cut your skimmer off if the return pump is off, and wont cut it back on until 5 minutes after the return pump has been on. Will help with the skimmer overflowing

I changed the name off my outlet from pump_2_4 to Return_pump, made it easier for me to identify it, I also put a check mark in enable log section so i could view if it was going off or not

You wont need the defer command twice, also wont need the feed a command, the reason is now anytime your return pump is off your skimmer will be off, you can leave the feed a command but dont need it.

Make sure on the outlets both the virtual outlet auto feeder and the actual feeder are both set to auto.
If you get ready to change out your water in the future you can slide the auto feeder virtual outlet to on and it will shut all your pumps off, then slide it back to auto when you complete your water exchange. Just an FYI for the future.

Now program your your power head the same way as the skimmer. Assuming you want them off everytime your return pump is off. If not then program them the way you programmed your return pump.

This makes the feeder come on at 1030 and then 510 minutes later at 1900, with only 1 drum rotation each time. Just wanted to verify you only wanted 1 drum rotation each time

Just make sure the outlets are set to auto.
