Hello, I’ve had my tank set up for about 3-4 months now , recently my ORP has been slowly dropping, started at 370 , in a week has gone down to 270 , not sure what to do to being it up or what could be causing it to go down , nothing is dead inside the tank ,
All my other parameters are normal, no nitrates or phosphates or ammonia,
Everything seems good besides the ORP , what could be causing this drop ???

My bad in advance if this wasn’t the correct place to post this question

I'd recalibrate the probe as a first step. Some say they need to break in after initial installation and that can take a month or two.

I actually never calibrated it , it said it wasn’t necessary and the solutions to actually do it are impossible to find or really expensive

You just need something like a 220mV or 225mV or even 400mV solution to calibrate it. Should've came with the probe.
Anyway, it shouldn't cost more than 10-20 bucks. Actually I can see pinpoint 400mV calibrating solution on ebay for $4.99

Ohh ok awesome , I was reading that you needed the ph 7- 10 and some other powder to calibrate it
