Hello question about Acanthophyllia fragging

i am wondering if there is an option to frag Acanthophyllia ??
i would like to buy this big one

no, you cant frag them. they are solitary polyps.

Id be interested to see how that coral ended up long term.....
seems like it IS possible, but man, id never wanna try it on a coral that costs as much as that and grow as slow as they do.

The scoly is doing well. Although the experiment was a success, I wouldn't suggest anyone frag scolymias. It took a long time to heal and grow out to it's normal shape. It is still not 100 percent completed. "
