Hello,
My Name is Ray, and I am very new to salt water tanks. I have had mine for around 3-4 months. I was turned onto salt water by a member here, and he is also how I found this site. I blame that person very much for getting me addicted to salt water. Anyhow, I have had fresh water fish tanks for a few years now. I kept angelfish, and still currently have two tanks with them. I have a whole breeding setup going on here.

I have a fairly small salt water setup, I could only spare the space of a 20gal long and a 10gal sump to go along with it. Until I move and have more room, that is what I am stuck with. I constructed the sump myself, as that is what I run on my fresh water tanks as well. It is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done, and i am able to fit my protein skimmer and other stuff down there.
I have currently been sticking to the mushroom, zoa's and polyups. I do not have many coral, but its a start for now. They all are doing very well in the tank. I also have a few fish in the tank as well, though my favorite is the Yellow Watchman Goby and Pistol shrimp pair. Simple but enough to get me started, and making me want to go bigger......what have I gotten myself into...
