Welcome to R2R and back to reefing. You’ll get lots of support and advice from the knowledgable and helpful people here when you need it.I look forward to seeing everyone's tanks and learning new trends. I have been out of the hobby for about 7 years now. It's been weird but ok since my wife and I started our family. We now have a 10 year old and a 4 year old. We have been getting the itch now that the kids are a little older. I would love some input and any help would be greatly appreciated. Our last tank was an SPS dominant tank with some LPS, rics, zoas etc. We also had a 240 mixed reef before that. I always used to run 250 watt hqi's with some T5 as well. I used to run a huge ASM G5 skimmer and a Koralin 3002 calcium reactor. Now I see that ecotech makes some highly rated LED lights as well as considering the redsea reef 90s. We are almost ready to pull the trigger on a Redsea Reefer 350 and I'm debating pumps lights and skimmers. Anyone that can share some knowledge and opinion on equipment, I would greatly appreciate it. I've included some pics of our previous tanks. It's been a long time and a lot has changed.
