Welcome, glad to see the 307 representing!
I lived in Pinedale ("just" south of Jackson) in 2015/2016, miss it everyday! If I remember right wasn't there a decent LFS in Casper? I vaguely remember seeing it when I would drive through when I was on that side of the state. Never stopped though, I was always on the clock!
A couple of one's tried. Never very successful. I always tried to give them business, but never worked out.
Welcome! Long time reader on r2r but first time commenter haha. I'm also in Wyoming and I agree with the reading community being pretty much non-existent. Closest place if I dont want to go to Petco is ft. Collins. Where have you been successful in finding fish and corals?Hello everyone, I used to be a decently active member on another forum, but I decided to branch out a bit more.
I'm currently living in Wyoming, and the reefing community here seems..... small. borderling non-existant which is gonna make a tank tough.
A bit about my reefing history.
2012 I started a 10G nano which was fun but it filled up quick. I don't have any pictures of that one.
2013 I upgraded to a 29G with HOB overflow with a sump refugium
2015 I upgraded to a 65 DSA NEO 65G with a sump and external 30G fuge. That tank is still running to this day at my parents house in IL. It had a really good stretch from 2015-2017 but it had few nasty crashes and it's finally rebounding. The first one happened when my 10" acro colony fell into the bubble coral overnight and the chemical warfare just nuke everything. It rebounded a bit before a mouse found it's way in to the sump and that kicked off another crash. I was pretty devasted and frustrated and gave up for a while.
