What are your intensions with this setup? Fish only, corals? Different setups will require different lighting.

It is all about what corals you want to keep. Its best to decide on the corals you love and build the tank to house them. As corals come from all over the reef and have different requirements. When you try to meet all their needs is when you will run into issues as some corals will not adapt to those conditions.
