Hello Everyone,
My name is Evan and although I have been in the saltwater/reef hobby for over 4 years now, I am new to Reef2Reef. I was referred here by several members of my local clubs.
I have to say, so far I am really liking it. The forums look nice and are organized well. The members/posters are helpful and friendly. Most of all, there are not excessive amounts of strict rules that you have to worry about. Seems to just be people helping people and sharing knowledge and experiences with one another, which is what I believe these sites should be about.
A little about me:
I live in a Sioux Falls, SD with my wife in an apartment. I am a special education teacher and originally from Iowa. My current tank is a 14g biocube that I retrofitted with cree LED's. I love the tank, but can not wait until we buy a house and I can start building my dream in-wall plywood tank. I am a member of the Sioux Falls Area Aquarium Society as well as the Greater Iowa Reef Society, which is hosting MACNA in Des Moines this year. My other interests are The Dallas Cowboys, Iowa Hawkeye Football, The Chicago White Sox, Disc Golf, and Call of Duty:nerd:.
Look forward to getting more and more into this great site!
