Welcome Jason,Brand new member here. My name is Jason and from Ga. Thanks for having me.
I do have a tank. I have a 125-gallon with a 40 breeder as my sump. For now, I'm going freshwater but have found this page very helpful in many ways pertaining to equipment so I decided to join for that reason. I have long wanted a saltwater set up but still hesitant to fork out that kind of money and time. I had a 75-gallon cichlid tank for years but am just now getting back into the hobby after at least 10 years of being dry. I just scored this 125-gallon tank and lots of extras for $200. I've built my own stand and canopy, bought the sump tank, baffles and installed them, heaters, fleece roller, power center, filter media (foam, ceramic rings, carbon, Matrix, Chemipure Blue), and all of my substrate. Now i only have to figure out how to set up my sicce return pump and plumb the tank to the sump and then I'll be ready to add water.Welcome Jason,
Glad to have you.
Do you have a tank or planning one?
