Help— How on earth can this be ich?!

Hi,
As you all know, I just finished a velvet treatment for my clowns, and after months of copper, quarantine, and fallow, they went back home. Not a single thing has entered my tank in the weeks of fallow. It is simply impossible there can be a parasite still alive. I must be wrong, because this appeared. Can I get a confirmation that this spot is ich before I move my clowns back into qt for another 76 days? Should I wait and see if it spreads or should I treat it as ich??

I should add that swimming and eating patterns are completely normal. No obvious signs besides this spot. However, it does look more cyst-like than a growth...

the issue is I can’t see any possibilities of ich still being present—is it possible?

After the ride you just went through I'd just see what happens from here and if in the future you upgrade run them through a TTM before going in the new tank just to be safe.

I thought of doing a TTM for my tank but I thought that was a bit overkill for 13.5 gallons, but if I had a larger tank and more space for qt tanks I would definitely do that.

The spot did quickly go away, too fast to be ich. Before it disappeared it became very ball shaped and fuzzy. Is that what lympho looks like?

Like you said, though, I’ll wait and see, and if it turns out to be ich, I’m declaring war on my tank.

I could only get two other photos yesterday before the spot completely disappeared.

edit: on the second photo, the spot by the tail is a particle in the water, just to make that clear.

Looks like lymphocystis in which the Infection appears on the infected fish as one or more white or beige colored pebble or wart-like nodules most commonly seen on the fins, skin, or gills, although other tissues may be affected.
