Help- 60g Cube Rear Drilled Plumbing?

What would be the best way to plumb this 60g? I picked up for free but I’m not sure how to plumb... My reef tank is a bottom drilled not rear.... Any help would be appreciated.

What's the size of those two holes?

1 and 3/4 of an inch.

I would drill another 1" hole a couple inches below the current one inch hole. Then use the two 1" holes as a herbie overflow with your 3/4" hole used as a return
