A snowflake will pr with your current clown. Just ensure you get a male or juvenile.
Anthias species can be mixed together, however there are different degrees of aggression, so species of similar aggression will work. Pink square anthias are a species that can be kept singly, but I would recommend getting it from LFS to ensure that it is eating. Female lyretails would go well with a male pink square.
Anthias do not need copepods added to the tank, as they eat from the water column and not the substrate. Unless you have a dedicated pod eater, such as a dragonet, it's unnecessary to supplement pods unless you want to.
Pink square and lyretails can be trained to eat pellets and flakes.
