Might be strings from a vermetid snail. Annoying but not harmful.

Here's a frag of mine with vermetid snail web on it.

@Ahbaloch, the creature in photo #1, with the hole in the center, is a barnacle. They're (mostly) harmless filter-feeders; if it's alive, you should see it extend its feathery feet from time to time. If it's not, the coral will eventually grow over it.
