Help/advice on flow

I have a 20 gallon long and modified this bigger flow maker And shaved down the propeller to make it weaker, just wondering if it’s too much flow? I know some of the coral placement makes it awkward

If your corals look like this - it's too much flow. Beyond that, we'd probably need to see a short video clip to offer an opinion.

The flow actually seems really good from what I can see in the short video. I don't know if the wavemaker you have is adjustable or not, but you're getting great surface agitation without blowing anything around in the tank.

This movie just wiped out my computer. Had to restore all my pages I had open
The polyps should sway in the current, but not sustain so much pressure they are constantly bent over their skeleton. Too much flow will tear the polyps (worst case) and cause the polyps do not extend in the first place (best case). So, don’t give them too much flow.
