Is this aptasia or something else? I just found it in my sump in my fuge section. And.. could it have anything to do with why my chaeto is all starting to die?

And could anyone tell me why I'm getting cyano like crazy in my sump?

Looks like an aiptasia to me, yes. Shouldn't do you much harm in the sump.

Low flow, maybe decrease your light cycle or try running light out in the Sump for a few days. It won't hurt your macro algae.
