Help Aiptasia

Only been lucky enough to deal with those one time. Aiptasia X worked really well for me. Don't take your time dealing with them they can spread fast. There's a ton of ways to deal with Aiptasia though just do a search and you'll see fish that eat them, kalk paste...

I am by no means an expert, but had aiptasia about 10wks ago, was in my sump attached to cheato, I just pulled it out, 5 or 6 of the little devils. Not seen any more since, but yes there's lots of info on here, just a case of choosing what fits

okay would reef glue a a rock do?
they are anemone, and like most they will survive if they're buried under sand (not if there is some inches of sand), but what's the point for that LR then. If you put LR over them, they will detach and the water flow will move them to another place, isn't good idea, because what if they grow on hard to reach place?
Superglue can work, Aiptasia x can work, peppermint shrimp can work, file fish can work, Berghia (nudibranch eating them) will work. So many and different ways you can find, most will work, some not that good.
Good Luck with ;)

Burrying will not work.

can you remove your rocks? Can you get some epoxy or putty to COMPLETELY cover and encase the aiptasia?

The proper species of peppermint shrimp will work, so will berghia if you can keep them alive long enough - problem is you only have a few aiptasia so berghia is probably not the best solution.

I would research for ways to manage them, pick one you can be consistent with and do that.

If you're only option in your mind is to completely eradicate them - nuke the tank and get very familiar with quarantine setups.

+1 ^

This is the list. They are all tried and true to varying degrees depending on many factors. Choose 1,2,3 or all of them. Just start doing them asap.
