help algae and Bacterial agglomerates

hello,I have a problem in my reef. I have these black algae and these red agglomerates that infest my reef. Black algae do not go away are glued to the rock, while agglomerates go away if aspirating the water change, but reformulate in a few days. The algae and the clusters only have them in some rocks. can someone help me? I tried it all but did not get any results. The sps are ok, growth and colors are ok. what can I do? I'm down..

I would seriously look at a very large improvement in your clean up crew. Snails and crabs.
Failing that you may need to look into a product like VIbrant. There may be some negative effects on your nutrints if there're low.

VIbrant liquid aquarium cleaner. You'll have it search that one

It uses a super agressive bacterial Strain to kill algae. It does in many cases excessively lower nutrients so some caution is needed. Overall very safe and quite effective.
