Hi all,
I thought this was cyno, but I used 2 doses of red slime remover, and it still isn't going away. Any suggestions?

Thanks ebushrow, I tried that too. There is soo much flow the sand in my 46 is always all over everything. I have videos of it flowing with the very high flow. I added two giant powerheads. I thought it was cyno too, so BRS suggested Red Slime Remover as the best option, but i gave it two dose, and it doesn't seem to be going away.
Thanks though!

Thanks Toolmandan, I'll try that, however for some reason none of the siphon vacuums I've tried have been strong enough to suck up the cyno. I even put my hose on the garden nozzle for more pressure, but it just picks it up, then drops it. Do you think 4 days with no light will hurt my zoanthids?

I had a bad cyano problem and I put some filter pads, carbon, waterchange, and left the lights off for 2 days and it was completely gone. When I turned the lights back on my zoas were stretched and my pulsing xenia wasn't pulsing, but everything else was fine. Now the xenia and zoas are fine and I am cyano free! Also I think 4 days w/o light might be too long, only do that if necessary.
