Hi, i have set up a reef aquarium and it has been running for about 4 months now, and i have had very bad algea problems. At first i thought it was calothrix beacuse it had bubbles, not enogh to be dino, but now i think it might be hair algea. Its brown and stringy, but looks more green on the camera. I have just started doing a 50 percent weekly water change and the lights are on for 10 hours a day. I scrub it off the rocks buts its stubborn, my clean up crew consists of 4 cerith snails and 1 hermit crab. I would kust like to know what it is and be able to get rid of it.
