I’ve had it for around 5 days. You think too much light is a possibility?I agree that it’s likely a blasto and it looks rough. May be from inappropriate fragging. How long have you had the frag? What are your tank parameters? How much light is it getting?
What would you guess is wrong with it?Looks more like a Favia or Favites to me.
Would you be able to take a few more pictures preferably in white light? It would really help to see what might be happening.I agree that it’s likely a blasto and it looks rough. ThanksLike mentioned above the damage is probably due to fragging. Sometimes you get a clean cut, sometimes you don't.
As long as your parameters are within reason and the lighting is sufficient the tissue will regrow over those areas. It might take a few months or so, but it can happen. GL.

I will try. Unfortunately tomorrow will not have access to the tank but on monday I will be checking againWould you be able to take a few more pictures preferably in white light? It would really help to see what might be happening.
