Help! Anemone not doing so well

I purchased an anemone three days ago I had my tank set up for about two weeks I have three clown fish in it already The anemone inflated and was doing great by the second day and by the third he deflated and is looking lifeless now

In a three week old tank it’s most likely doomed. Not many very experienced reefers can even do this. Parameters and salinity and temperature can’t fluctuate much and in a new tank only one of those things are easy to control.
