The tank looks very new. Nems dont like new tanks. How long have you had it and how old is the tank. Could be normal or a sign of stress.

My bubble tip does this every night when the lights go off and then opens up during the day

My tanks is about 6weeks old I had the anemone for about a week

If it stays that way for a few days without opening then it needs to go back to the LFS.

While it is normal for a BTA to close up at night, others have said your tank is too new for an anemone. There is a big difference between a cycled tank and one that is well established. In most cases they do not survive in tanks less than 6 months old. Especially in tanks set up with dry rock.
