Help! anemone stuck need advice fluval evo

Anemone is stuck in the small hole of fluval evo has anybody got any advice how to maybe remove it or help it get out ?

I have had it in there for a long time it just all of a sudden moved and got caught, the lights are doing perfect for it to be honest

If you had it for a long time it would of found its spot by now and stay put

If you can leave your power head on if you have one.. keeps a little circulation in the tank.

BTA wander often. I cannot keep one at the same place. I think my thank have too high flow and light to keep BTA happy.
When you turn of flow, if there are no other circulation make sure you have a aerator to keep the tank oxygenated, or whatever compartment of the filter system oxygenated. I don't know what your filter is like so I cannot comment specifically, but if there is an area that get hypoxic due to lack of circulation, when you turn it back on, you can get the noxious pockets of water into the main tank which may or may not cause a lot of problem.
