HELP ANOTHER CRITTWR ID NEEDED BRISTLE WORM???

guys i saw the biggest bristle worm thing ever!! it’s all stretched out from the live rock and it’s kinda really scary looking!!! Is this ok what do i do should i leave it?! I keep finding critters in my tank!!! O btw is this a bristle worm or not? sorry i’m new to this

Bristle worm, harmless detritivore unless you choose to touch it
