I had a problematic/corrupted base unit when I set up the Apex. I had to send it in and connected the replacement today.
It looks like the probes did not calibrate correctly and none of my outlets show up!! :mad:They are all still connected to the energy bar and on, but I'm afraid its just acting like a regular power strip. I have no control over the outlets but the heater (4) is showing as off. The DOS and AFS are showing as connected and they are plugged into the energy bar....

Any ideas how to do a reboot/reset and new setup? Do I have to unplug my energy bar and turn off everything connected?? Probably need to recalibrate everything as well.
If someone could walk me through what to do that'd be awesome! Thanks

Full reset was stated above. Have you brought all your outlets down from here?

Also are those outlets set to Auto or on??
If your heater is on and plugged into an Energy Bar outlet, it should be up top where I showed you below. Open up the Lock Icon and drag it down. As well as set the slider to Auto and configure your outlet.

Thanks for the replies. I tried the hard reboot and still no outlets. When I click on the lock to show others there are none that correspond to the outlets.
Should I unplug the energy bar and reset the base unit again?

I think your good to go bro!!! Remember calibrate probes in local manually.

Huge thank you to @DarthSimon for helping out on getting this back in order! Looks like all the probes recalibrated correctly except salinity... was reading 35 in the solution but now 0 in the tank?!

Your Welcome!! So you calibrated the salinity probe in apex local. After calibration you left the probe in the calibration solution and it read 35? Then took it and placed in aquarium water and it's reading zero?

...Yes, taking it out now to dry and see what it reads in the solution again.

IF YOU HAD TO TAKE A REEFING EXAM, WOULD YOU PASS?
