HELP - Apex wont reconnect to Fusion

I have a 2016 Apex that has been running a hardwired connection with no issues. I had to disconnect the apex today and when I reconnected it, it will not connect to fusion no matter what I try, reboot, etc.

Please help.

I cant update as it wont connect.

It was literally working a few hours ago. I unplugged it and repositioned it and replugged it and now nothing.

I don't think you have to confect to Fusion to update. You update directly from the downloaded file on your computer.
No Apex expert here but have had the same problem and sometimes updating fixes this issue. Hopefully some people of the Apex gurus here will help as well. Anyway, here is the process in case you don't have it.

As an update I have figured out that my Apex will not do a factory reset. It just goes right back to orange.

Can someone please help? I have to get this back up and running before this week when I am not going to be home. This is the worst timing ever.

I cant get the Apex to reset, just reboots to the orange screen

Let's see if some of the experts here can help. Have you Called Apex support? This is on the Apex website so the procedure should be the same?

Can you access Apex Local?

use the network locator (included in the update package you can download from Neptune)

with the apex hard wired to the router run the locator application it should find the Apex

If it doesn't locate the Apex with it hard wired then you will need to contact Neptune support because at that point I would think the network port is damaged, be sure to check with different cables and ports on the router to eliminate those possibilities.

you may have generated a new Fusion code when you reset the unit. If so you can then just add the unit to your Fusion account again.
