Has anyone used the component 1+2+3 from aquaforest?

Whats the dosing procedure?

I have a 180 gallon tank with 75 sum pump.

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

is it the dry stuff you mix yourself and then dose or the already mixed stuff you get in a jug? for me I use the stuff pictured below. Im still trying to dial the amount i need to dose daily but its always a work in progress

How do you dose with the liquid component?
