I need some help with identification, of some red stuff that grows on one of my softies.

I have some dark red stuff growing on my Clavularia (Green Clove Polyps). The picture was early in the morning but the polyps still open up. I have no idea what it is. I tried to suck it of the corals, but it is quite well attached.
It looks almost like a sponge.

My lab results came back and everything looks fine except a low phosphate, but I'm adding that now:

Kh = 9
No3 2.9 ppm
Phosphorus 1.5 ppm

All my other corals look fine.

I've had some time with very low to zero phosphate.

Cyano or red velvet type algae. Looks thick. You should be able to turkey baster suck it out in 1 or 2 goes...if u can reach it. Itll stay together. go easy. Squirt in a container and dispose.
