Help assembling AI Flex Arm!

Hi! Does anyone know how to assemble the flex arm to the AI Prime? I've been trying to find information online but I can't find anything, not even in the AI website.

Thank you! I tried to assemble the flex arm to my unit but I wasn't able to do it. Today after driving down to my LFS I found out I got I defective unit. Thanks for your reply anyway!
