HELP! ATI 60" T5/LED PowerModule Light No Longer Turning On!

I have an ATI 60" 8x80 Watt T5/LED PowerModule light fixture. It's located in Utah. I'm currently in Switzerland and won't be returning until Saturday. There are some people staying at my house who informed me that the light fixture did not turn on today. I also have a camera pointed at my fish tank, so I can confirm that the light is not on as it normally is at this time of day.

I Skyped the people at my house in an effort to fix the light fixture remotely. We couldn't get it to turn on. We reset the power strip into which the light fixture is plugged to no avail. The power strip is functional and providing power to the light fixture power supply as well as other devices (e.g., powerheads). The light fixture's power supply box (which might also be the computer that controls the light) is receiving power because the Ethernet port is lit up with green LEDs. However, there's no light coming out of the light fixture.

Can anyone please help me with some instructions on how to get the light back on? Something to consider is I'll have to instruct the people at my house on how to reset the light via Skype.

The first thing I'd look at is the time on the controller. If you had a short power outage, it could reset....mine restarts at 12 midnight. Check that.

Otherwise, a one month old fixture, I'm calling the folks who sold me this light. Let them figure it out, or they're getting it back.

Correct, it’s the time chip.
I have had two ATI hybrids over the years and both had the same problem after while.
Called ATI USA and they did send out a new controller.
Meanwhile I had the set the time manualy or through the online program.

Definitely call if you can’t figure it out. That’s what warranties are for. Hope it’s the timer!

Likely the ballast or moisture getting into something (even on/off switch) you are not aware of.
As silly as it sounds, did you plug into a different outlet to assure its not the outlet?

Thanks for all your replies. I eventually just hired a guy to go to my house to reboot the light and log into the light fixture's network. I believe it was logging into the light fixture's network that actually caused the light to turn back on. Weird bug. I've let ATI know that something's up. Thanks.
