Blue tang put in about two weeks ago and doing good. Would eat and munch or nori. Two days ago started hiding and haven’t seen. Came out today bobbing for air and sunken gut and large eyes. Would just rest on the return overflow.

Have her in a acclimation box to see if she will eat.

I don’t see any ich or velvet or anything.

Water parameters posted as well. All other fish seem to be doing fine.

Sorry! What size is it roughly? The real little hepatus tangs have a rough time going through the supply change. When a fish becomes moribund, there is little you can do other than isolate it as you have. Are there any other fish in the tank? I’m worried that the tang could have something contagious.

Yes have clowns, a wrasse and flame hawk. They all seem to be doing fine.

Ok, just watch them closely for any symptoms. If the blue tang dies, give it a FW dip right away, and look for any tiny flukes that may fall off. Sounds strange, I know, but it could help with a treatment plan for your other fish.
