Help beat Cyano??

Is this cyano? And if so how do I defeat it??

Looks like it albeit a mild outbreak now. Some good sand sifters in your cleaner crew would help like a conch. Get more flow to the sandbed. Siphon up what you can. Cut back lights to 8 hours with blue and UV only no whites.

How old is the tank? You want nitrates at 10.
