Hard to tell from the posted pictures. Here's a great link of pictures of common fish diseases: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/fish-disease-index-pictorial-guide.285708/#post-3473098
Pristine water conditions. Great quality food. Avoid flake or pellet. A fish "smoothie" made with frozen cubes: seaweed, clams, mysis, cyclops, etc. Take one of each "flavor" put into a tupperware and place into the refrigerator until the cubes "slump." Drain off excess water. Add a few drops of vitamins like Selcon, Zoecon, etc. Mix and feed. Small feedings are best. Your fish will love it. The mix stays good in the fridge for a few days.Thank you based on the descriptions it seems like Lymphocystis because it's just a little white bit on the edge of one of his fins so it says just wat it out but is there anything to do to help
