HELP!! Bulging eye on fish!

Last week its eye began bulgling. And I bought Epsom salt today.

Any ideas that why it became bulging eye? Is that because of fungal infections? What other things do I need to do?

Thank you! Will try Epsom salt first.
Already remove it from the main tank and now it stays alone
