My Candy cane seems to be steadily losing flesh every since I added it to my tank (11 days ago)

I really don’t want to lose it.

I have a Xenia, Duncan, and a few Zoas doing well in the tank.

Parameters:
Salinity: 1.025-1.026
Alk: 8.9 (Salifert)
Ca: 430 (Salifert)
Nitrate: 11.6 (Hanna)
Phos: 0.09 (Hanna)

Pictures included from when I first got it to today.

There is a small feather duster attached to it as well.

Try lower light. When I had that in my old tank it was in the back corner. But that was my person experience

What kind of lighting and flow? Are you using RODI? How old is the tank?
Relatively weak lighting (Only suitable for LPS, softies, and low light SPS), and have it about half way in tank.

Yes using RODI filter, about 3 months of use so far. Tank is also 3 months old
