HELP! Cant get Base element # 1 to mix

I can't get Triton Base Element # 1 (the powder) to mix. I am using perfect RODI water (0). I mixed to exactly 10 liters of water but the powder is not dissolving. Is this normal?? I am trying to get it to mix with a mixing pump. any suggestions???

Have you tried warming it up a bit ??

Sometimes it can take a few. Before I went to the Core 7, I used to turn the jug upside down every couple minutes and get it all to mix.

All it took was warming to about 90+ degrees...thx

I recieved my new triton today new packing (even smaller than before)... 1 and 2 are still liquid only 3a&3b were in powder form , not had any issues mix them with RODI Water ..
