HELP......... cant get into my apex now

Why cant i get into my apex from my PC now??????? my new led lights finally arrived and i was on the PC trying to program them and it took for ever to update my settings but they never did update......now i cant even get into my apex program from my PC......it keeps saying can not be displayed.......it looks like my IP address from my apex changed but i can type it into my address bar and still cant get into my apex from my PC....what is going on ???? please help...i want to program my new led's

Try unplugging the apex and plugging it back in to get a new ip addy... Then use the new ip addy... I had that problem once and it solved it... Iirc it was something weird with the port it was assigned or something...

So would you unplug the aquabus TO the apex? Or the eb8 from the wall? I may be having the same issue.

You can also go to the display and go through the menus to Network setup (I believe it's under system). That will tell you what IP & Port you're using.

i tried un-plugging the apex and also rebooted the router and it still didnt let me on......then about 30 minutes later it fixed itself....i am up and running again.....thanks troylee and dallas

Are you wireless? If so what bridge? Cause mine only works once a day. Never the same time. Never when I need it.

no i am hard wired....i havent went wireless yet
