Help! Can't get second apex to show up in fusion

Hi,

I have a new to me, but used wifi apex that I got hooked up today. I can access it locally through apex.local, I can also control it from there. I have an existing fusion account that I have my apex classic running on.

I can't get the wifi apex to show up on my list in fusion. The strange thing is when I hit the link apex tab it gives me the message - "apex has already been linked to fusion" Any ideas?

Awesome, thanks for sharing that. I reached out to the previous owner just now. I did do the paperclip thing to get the logo to turn blue, but I did not hold it for the length of time it said it the article. I'm assuming my "reset" was just to reset the wifi access? Thanks again, Josh

I did a factory reset and it worked, thanks guys!
