Help! Carbon Doser Adapter /power supply Voltage and Amp

Bought one used here without the power supply but there was no note on the device. i cant seem to find the information online either. I have probably 30 adapters around the house so trying to get one from them. Can anyone who has this read the info on the adapter ? Voltage and Amp
