Help, Chalice white splotches what to do????

I’ve had this chalice for like 2 years now and it’s been growing great but over the last couple of days these white splotches appeared and I have no idea what to do about it. I can’t dip because it’s attached to the rock. Please help any advice is appreciated.

Check and verify your levels for:
Calcium
Alk
Mag
Salinity
Nitrates

moderate light and water flow
If in the sand , elevate off the sand bed as sand can irritate it
