HELP!!! chalices and clam closed up and looking bad

Hi I a couple days ago I started to run GFO on my tank, I am using 1 cup and half for 200 gallons. Then one of my chalices started to retract and show skeleton so I took the GFO off. I did a water change of 10% (20 gallons). My clam then started to close and I looked like pinched mantle and I heard GFO can do that. So taking skinz advice on PM disease I ran carbon. Now one more chalice isn't looking good. No fatalities yet but 3 chalices don't look good and my one clam. All parameters are good.

Calcium: 400
Alkalinity: 7 ( used to be nine a month ago)
Everything else is in check I unfortunately don't have a phosphate kit but I was thinking that the phosphates become really low so I have been feeding heavy.

I would do more frequent water test and small water changes. Try to keep parameters stable while they recover. I like to use the product Fuel by Aqua Vitro whenever corals may be stressed.

Tagging along for progress reports ,,, hope it turns around for you. I would check your Maginesium levels. I have read (not a expert only know what I have read) that if Mag. is low Chalices will retract like what you are talking about.
