Don't try and fill it yourself; the pressures are much higher than automotive AC systems. Freon leak was my conclusion after reading the first page.

Well this is just great.
I had to send it back to jbj because it still didn't work. And just now I got a call from them stating that it's working fine. They have it on a 100g tank with a drop in heater at max 99 degrees and the chiller is keeping up with it at 77 degrees.

So I guess I'll wait and see what's up when I get it back.
